About Us

Our Story

Liverpool has a rich history of allotments and allotmenteering.  Wharncliffe is the smallest of Liverpool's allotments with a strong community appeal.

The proven popularirty of the site is clear, our friends and the local community show their continued support for open days and events year-on-year!

Tucked away behind rows of terraced houses and situated adjacent to Dorric Park, Wharncliffe Allotments is an oasis calm for our members and visitors alike, and a sanctuary for wildlife in an otherwise busy built-up shopping centre.
